Paula jacket comes in a slim design, very classy and delicate. The material is 100% Polyester, with the inside lined with teddy fur. It is a water-resistant jacket, with a waterproof and covered main zipper and elastic cuffs to completely insulate it. The zipper is specially designed, so it won’t grab the fur while going up and down.
The hood is lined with faux fur trim on the outside and teddy fleece on the inside. Fur and hood are completely removable. There are four side pockets, two flap pockets and two zipper pockets above the first. The inner pocket has an earphone duct for you to enjoy your favorite music or answer calls without too much fuss.

You can cancel your order within 14 days without stating any reasons, either by writing to us (by e-mail) or – if the goods where supplied to you before the end of this time period - by simply returning the goods. The 14-day period starts upon written receipt (when you get your invoice) and not before receipt of the goods. In order to comply with the statutory cooling-off period, it is sufficient to have dispatched your cancellation or the goods within the specified period. All you need to do is fill out the return form and mail us a copy.
Returned merchandise has to be unharmed, therefore exactly as new - with original packaging. Copy of the receipt and return form have to be added as supplement documents in the return package and have to arrive to our headquarters within 15 days.

Obligations to render payment must be met within 30 days. That period starts for you upon dispatch of the revocation or the object, while the period starts for us upon receipt.
It is not possible to return items that are of specific nature and are costum made. Shoes and gear cannot be returned if the original packaging has been removed. We will compensate you in the amount of full costs, if we will not be able to send newly ordered item.
We are devoted to ship items in the disclosed time frame (information given upon each concluded order).
If all items are not included in a single shipment even though a single order has been made, we will cover the shipping costs for the delayed items.
